10+ years of experience in the field of Program Management, digital platforms & deployment methodologies
Proven experience in leading and managing the deployment of digital platforms or complex IT projects exceeding budgets of $100 million.
Experience in change management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Strong Program leadership, Change Management, and Stakeholder Engagement
Solid understanding of digital platforms, ERP systems, and deployment methodologies

Develop and execute a deployment strategy for the implementation, cut-over planning, and release schedule
Create and manage program plans, timelines, and milestones for the deployment - coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure a successful implementation
Document a program test strategy across all projects and key stakeholders
Implement program stage gates and quality reviews
Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities and milestones achieved
